KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation Karachi has revised the customs values of domestic/household sewing machines vide Valuation Ruling No.968/2016.
Customs values of domestic sewing machines were earlier determined vide Valuation Ruling No.376/2011.
The customs values of household sewing machines needed revision in line with the prevailing prices in the international market.
Director Wasif Memon formed a team comprising Additional Director Iqbal Muneeb, Deputy Director Rizwan Bashir, Principal Appraiser Iqbal Ali and Valuation Officer Altaf Mangi to determine the values of subject goods.
