KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed on Thursday issued notice in a Special Customs Reference Application (SCRA) while fixed Jan 11 for hearing of 42 identical SCRA’s filed by, Director General, Valuation Pakistan Customs.
The respondents include Ceramic City, The City Tiles, Euro Tiles & Granites and others, The enhancement of value by the DG Valuation is the common subject matter of all the SCRA’s. Masooda Siraj advocate represented the applicant department.
